About The Artist

I began my career in photography and design at a very young age. I am 100% digital and I am work on both PC and MAC platfiorms. I have had hundreds of photos published and my pictures and designs can be found on websites and in publication across the country. My greatest love in photography is capturing the essence of childhood and creating moody photoshop landscapes. My goal is to capture the emotion of life. And alternately, creating my own realities from creative visions I have. I specialize in performance photography and computer-based design. I consider myself a digital artist. have been working in the entertainment industry since 1989. It has been my honor to have worked as Marketing and Merchandising Manager for Al DiMeola. I have worked freelance for several local and national publications.

SERVICE TO MY CLIENTS: Although I offer a wide range of services to my clients, my best talent isin being able to interpret my clients needs, not only in attempt to give them better than what they were thinking - but I give them piece of mind. You will find that paying attention to detail and staying on top of a project is a special skill of mine.

TEACHER: Through having my own children, I have discovered a passion for teaching and so currently I teach digital photography and photoshop to young students. This semester based learning is ended with a photo gallery experience for my students to be able to display their work and share with their friends and family.

A PASSION: I truly love what I do and I love the satisfaction of delivering a beautiful finished product to my clients, whether it is a portrait of their child, a designed and printed book, or just a face lift on an old website, it's what I do...and I do everything with all my heart and artistic soul. You might just find my enthusiam to be rather contagious.

OFFSET & DIGITAL PRINTING:
Besides classifyign myself as a Visual Artist, I have been working in the printing field for 20 years and have a thorough knowledge from pre-press to bindery. I worked as an estimator for several years at one of Long Island's largest printing companies. It was there I honed my skills and gathered resources to locate and shop every type of job you can imagine. Need it lit, moving and poppping up? I know where to go... as well as being able to plan the jonb the right way from the beginning.

With a solid background in photography, design, computers and printing, I can tackle the most complicated job from scratch and give my clients full confidence, reasonable rates and a beautifully executed delivered product. Books, journals, posters and promotional pieces are my specialty. But I can design a business card or logo just as easily!

WRITER:
Yes, I say I am a writer, yet nowhere on this site is there any writing! I enjoy creative writing, short stories, poetry, but more importantly to my clients, I can write copy and edit.

I founded an onlne publication for home educators called the HOME SCHOOL NEWS. I decided to take my knowledge in the world of media and my love for teaching and kids and wrap it all up into a rewarding editorial and educational experience for homeschooled children. I write articles, plan, design and publish the entire paper while overseeing a "staff" of about 10-15 contributing writers and photographers... phew, no wonder it took me 3 years to update and redesign this site!!!
